Dungwang Phuksa, a self styled 'Lance Corporal' of the outfit surrendered with a 9 mm pistol and live ammunition before the Assam Rifles stationed in Changlang, the district headquarters in presence of state police personnel recently, a delayed official release said here today.
The rebel who hailed from Kolam village under Laju circle was active in the district for the last four years.
