NWR cancels two trains on Jodhpur-Gandhidham rail section

Following heavy rains and damage to tracks, North-Western Railway today cancelled two trains and diverted one on Jodhpur-Gandhidham division, an official said.
Jodhpur-Gandhidham SF, train number 22483 was cancelled today, and train number 22484 on the return scheduled tomorrow is cancelled, the CPRO said in a statement here.
While the train number 14321/14322 Barelly-Newbhuj- Barelly is diverted on August 26 and 27 via Palanpur- Ahmedabad, the CPRO said.
The train services have been hit by rains and washout of sand beneath the tracks, the CPRO said.
