NYLIM Jacob Ballas sells 2% stake in PNC Infratech

Investment firm NYLIM Jacob Ballas has offloaded 2.02 per cent stake in infrastructure firm PNC Infratech by selling 51.73 lakh shares in the open market.
NYLIM Jacob Ballas India (FVCI) III LLC, which had 2.99 per cent stake earlier, brought down its shareholding in the company to 0.97 per cent by selling shares between March 17- April 3, 2017, PNC Infratech Ltd said in a BSE filing.
Based on the average price of Rs 116.4 per share, the transaction value is the estimated at Rs 60.21 crore.
