The issue of "Basel III Compliant Tier 2 Bonds of Rs 10 lakh each for cash at par aggregating Rs 1,000 crore is slated to open on October 21, 2015 (for one day)", Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) said in a filing to the BSE.
The deemed date of allotment will be October 26, 2015.
Yesterday, the bank had announced raising Rs 1,000 crore on a private placement basis that would be included in its tier-II capital.
Shares of the bank closed at Rs 144.70 apiece on BSE, up 0.21 per cent from previous close.
