The 17-year-old Israeli-American actress will star in director Jonathan Mostow's action thriller alongside Sam Worthington, reported Deadline.
Rush will play Ella, a young woman who teams up with an assassin (Worthington) hired to kill her family to discover who wants them dead.
The UK-US co-production was formerly titled For the Dogs.
Hailee Steinfeld and Emma Roberts were previously attached to the project.
Rush also featured in 'The Odd Life of Timothy Green' and 'We Are What We Are'.
She will play the daughter of Jack Black's RL Stine in 2015's 'Goosebumps' film.
