Duringthediscussion,the ChiefMinister proposed to extendtheschemeof"SkillDevelopmentof Youth" inLWE districts"to13moredistrictsofOdisha.
Presently only five LWE
districtsofOdishaareincludedunderthescheme.
In the scheme, one ITI and two skill development centre arebeingsetupperdistrict.
