Odisha to set up 30 addl civil judge courts

In its bid to dispose of huge number of pending cases, Odisha government has decided to set up 30 additional civil judge courts in all districts of the state, official sources said.
The decision was based on the recommendations of the Orissa High Court, Law Minister Arun Kumar Sahoo said.
A civil judge court would also be opened at Konark in Puri district, he said.
A notification will be issued very soon, he added.
