Official dies while conducting Panchayat poll in Rajasthan

An officer on election duty died after he suddenly fell sick in a polling booth in the district.
Amilal, who was the presiding officer in the third phase of Panchayat polls held today, was in booth number 29 in Alipur area.
Amid voting, he suddenly fell ill. He was rushed to a government hospital where doctors declared him dead, police said.
The body was handed over to his family members after post-mortem, police said, adding the reason of the death will be clear after the post-mortem report comes.
