Officials meet to discuss strategy to counter Naxals

Police officials from Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgrah today discussed ways to counter Naxal movement through better coordination.
Top police and CRPF officials held a meeting here to discuss strategies to tackle Naxal movements in border areas connecting the three states, officials said.
The need to run an effective anti-Naxal operation and better coordination to counter them was discussed in the meeting, they said.
The meeting was held in the district police control room here, they said.
