One arrested for possessing drugs

One person was arrested and 150 gm of intoxicating powder was seized from his possession, police said here today.
The accused, identified as Jaswant Singh alias Rana, a resident of local Urban Estate, was arrested last night, they said.
Police said a pedestrian was intercepted last night during a routine checking near old Civil hospital building on Phagwara-Banga road and 150 gm intoxicating powder was seized from him during his search.
