One Direction hires cook for healthy food on tours'

The management of 'One Direction' has hired top cook Sarah Nicholas to cater nutritious food to the singers while they are on their ongoing world tour.
Nicholas also worked with 'One Direction' on their last tour and is very close to Harry Styles, reported Daily Mirror.
The chef has previously worked with JLS, Olly Murs, Il Divo and Jedward.
"Sarah worked with the guys on their last tour and became like a surrogate mum for them all, particularly Harry," the source said.
"She tries to offer the boys their favourite foods but healthier versions of them, using natural, often organic ingredients. They particularly like Mexican food. With 1D's hectic schedule and gruelling lifestyles, it's essential they eat properly and start looking after themselves," the source added.

Currently, the band is on their UK leg of their 'Take Me Home' world tour.
The boyband will perform the second of two gigs at Birmingham today.
