Police said they seized 645 grams of cannabis from Zakir Hussain during a routine check in Narwal Mandi area of the city.
Hussain, a resident of Anantnag in south Kashmir, has been arrested and booked under various sections of the NDPS Act at Trikuta Nagar police station, the officer said, adding further investigation is underway.
