One killed, 3 injured in truck-trailer collision

One person was killed and three others were injured when a trailer and truck collided head on in Jagaddal area of North 24 Parganas district early today, the police said.
The collision at Panipur locality left the driver of the truck, identified as Tobir Sheikh, dead on the spot.
The three injured were admitted to JNM Hospital in Kalyani in Nadia district, the police said.
While the truck was coming from Malda, the trailer was coming from Kolkata.
