The Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh head of Intex Technologies' Tahir Hussain Darr, was shot dead on June 24 in Chandralok Colony area here.
Palasia Police Station In-charge, Shivpal Singh Kushwaha said while the main accused Govind Verma (32) surrendered before the police on June 29, co-accused Rajendra Verma (24) was arrested from Gwalior.
Darr, a resident of Jammu and Kashmir, was shot dead by Govind and Rajendra along with their two other associates in the company office here.
Govind had a franchisee of the company but it was terminated three months ago following which he got angry and shot at Darr in the office. Later he succumbed to the injuries in a hospital.
Darr was posted in Indore since last three years as the senior regional officer of the company and was looking after Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh area.
