One person beaten to death in Bihar
A fight broke out when some children were playing last evening in Bathua village of the district following which the elders intervened in the matter.
In the fight between neighbours, Manoj Rai was beaten to death with sticks by another neighbour, Superintendent of Police Varun Kumar Sinha said.
On the basis of complaint lodged by family of the deceased, an FIR has been registered against three persons, he said.
The accused are absconding, the SP said, adding a man hunt is on to arrest them.
