The "Mean Girls" star has also agreed to front an "eight-part documentary series", which will revolve around the actress' efforts to stay healthy and make a career comeback after her three-month rehab stint, for the 59-year-old TV titan's OWN network in 2014, reported Deadline.
"OWN will air an exclusive interview with Oprah and Lindsay Lohan that will tape and air in August and an eight-part documentary series with Lindsay for 2014," said her spokeswoman.
She was sentenced to serve 90 days in a treatment facility earlier this year and her time will be up at the beginning of August.
