Orient Paper and Industries posts Q2 Net at Rs 21 cr

C K Birla Group firm Orient Paper and Industries Ltd (OPIL) today reported a multi-fold jump in net profit to Rs 21.51 crore for the September quarter.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 2.93 crore during the same period previous fiscal, OPIL said in a regulatory filing.
Total income during the quarter under review stood at Rs 169.25 crore. It was Rs 153.15 crore in the year-ago period.
The stock closed 3.36 per cent down at Rs 123.70 on BSE.
