The 30-year-old singer, who shot to fame on "The X Factor", has been accused of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman in his hotel room after they met at Gorgeous nightclub in Wolverhampton on December 2, where he was promoting his remixed 2015 album "Waterline", reported Femalefirst.
According to the reports, the woman told police she and a friend were invited back to Oritse's hotel room, where they enjoyed some drinks with him and another male pal.
When they later left to get a taxi, she went back to retrieve a handbag she had left behind and alleged that the singer then raped her.
"Both men have been bailed until February, pending further enquiries," a police spokeswoman said.
Williams has denied the allegations.
His management 10 Worlds Music said, "All we wish to say at this time is that Oritse denies the allegations against him. The matter is in the hands of the police and it would be totally wrong for us to comment any further.
