Ornaments worth Rs 3 lakh looted from jeweller

Armed miscreants looted gold ornaments worth Rs 3 lakh and Rs 9,000 cash from a jeweller in Rohtas district of Bihar, police said today.
The jeweller Anil Kumar Soni was returning with the ornaments to his residence on a motorcycle at Maliabag village. The miscreants surrounded him and snatched the valuables last night, police said.
Dawath Station House Officer (SHO) Arun Kumar said the jeweller has registered FIR against six persons, and the police is trying to trace them.
