Over 30 Indian property developers to exhibit in Dubai

More than 30 real estate developers from India will showcase their properties to Non-Resident Indians at an expo starting here from today.
The two-day expo is organised by the Dubai-based Yard Real Estate, in association with Indian Properties - a leading realtor from Mumbai that brings Indian real estate brands closer to the NRIs across the globe.
The Indian Properties Spring Expo 2014 is being held with multiple offers and deals to attract the Indian expatriate customers from across the UAE and other parts of the region.
Property developers from all the major cities of Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and the NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi and Coimbatore will display their projects.
"The Indian Properties Spring Expo 2014 presents the new phase of the realty sector in India with a myriad of innovative housing and commercial products which are integrated with new technology and top-notch services," said Prasanna Thakkar, Founder and Managing Director of Indian Properties.
"We have brought in the nation's A-grade developers to Dubai, wherein the NRIs will get a chance to interact and transact good deals with a lot of choice right across India," he said.
Among the developers showcasing their properties at the event are Rustomjee, Godrej Properties, Tata Realty, Raja Bahadur, Raheja Universal, Ajmera, Atul. Mahindra Lifespaces among many others.
