Singer Ozzy Osbourne has been tapped to voice a character in children's animated show 'Bubble Guppies'.
The 65-year-old Black Sabbath frontman will guest star as Sid Fishy, a rock and roll fish who loves being rotten, on the popular Nickelodeon series, reported Rolling Stone magazine.
Osbourne said he was keen to take on the role because of his granddaughter Pearl.
"She has Nick Jr on 24/7 (all day). I can't wait to see her reaction when she hears my voice come from Sid Fishy's mouth," he said.
The first episode will premiere next year (15).
Ozzy is not the only member of the Osbourne family to find success as a kids TV character. His wife Sharon voices Captain Hook's mother in 'Jake & the Never Land Pirates'.
