The painting, which has poems penned by the prime minister, is created by national award winner artist Ajay Kumar Sameer and will be displayed at the 29th edition of 15-day long 'Surajkunad Mela'.
Sameer said he was so impressed by the poems written by Modi that he has made a painting on the basis of the words used in them.
The festival began here yesterday and 18 countries are participating in the 'mela', with Chhatisgarh as its theme state.
Officials said that the foot-fall on the first day was over 12,000.
The 'mela' will be open till February 15 from 10.30 AM to 8.30 PM.
