At the invitation of the NDC, the High Commissioner addressed the 52nd course of the College on the theme 'Pakistan -The State of Nation & Relations with India', a Pakistan High Commission release said here.
"The High Commissioner underscored the vision that drives Pakistan's Foreign Policy and highlighted Pakistan's commitment to peace and security in the region and globally with particular focus on bilateral relations with India," it said.
The course is attended by the Indian defence officers as well as by participants from 25 countries around the globe, the brief release said.
