"Aziz expressed condolences and sympathies of the Government and people of Pakistan to the Government and people of India," Pakistan Foreign Office said in a statement.
Aziz also signed the condolence book at the High Commission here.
Foreign Secretary Pizazz Ahmad Chaudhry accompanied Aziz to the High Commission.
Earlier this week, Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had also expressed deep condolences on Kalam's demise.
Many world leaders including US President Barack Obama, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong have already expressed their condolences on Kalam's death.
He served as the President of India from 2002 to 2007.
