Senior Superintendent Police, Malir, Rao Anwar told a press conference that the two "terrorists" -- Tahir alias Lamba and Mama Junaid -- belonged to the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and had been sent to India for training in the past.
"MQM is a terrorist organisation and it should be banned," the police official said in reply to questions.
"We have accumulated evidence to prove our claims. The two arrested people have confessed because they are ashamed of their activities," Anwar said.
