However, other edible and non-edible oils, after moving in a narrow range in scattered deals, settled around previous levels.
Traders said sluggish demand at prevailing levels mainly led to decline in palmolein oil prices.
In the national capital, palmolein (rbd) and palmolein (Kandla) oils declined by Rs 50 each to Rs 6,700 and Rs 6,350 per quintal, respectively.
The following are today's quotations per quintal:
Oilseeds: Mustardseed 2,950-3,050 and Groundnut Seed 2,150-2,900.
