The protesting parents alleged that for the new academic session several private schools have hiked the fees manifold.
Navneet Goel, a parent, during the protest said there should be some rules for fee hike in schools.
He was supported by Rajesh Jain, who called for steps to check fee hike each year.
After the protest, the parents handed over a memorandum containing their set of demands to DM Ghaziabad S V S Ranga Rao.
