The 'Thriller' hitmaker died in 2009 when Paris was just 11 and she wants to indulge in an inking so she has a permanent reminder of the music legend, reported Daily Star.
The 15-year-old plans to get a letter her father penned expressing his undying love for her tattoos on her left wrist, as well as her grandmother Katherine's name inked on her right wrist.
"I want to get the letter tattooed on my left wrist and my grandma's name tattooed on my right wrist - when I'm old enough of course," she said.
