Partial black out in Mantralaya as power snapped

Maharashtra secretariat in South Mumbai today faced a partial blackout in the main building portion which houses cabins of cabinet ministers.
Power went off at 6.25 PM in the main building and resorted within 20 minutes by BEST undertaking which supplies electricity to the island city.
However, most of the staff had left for the day and no ministers were present in their cabins when power snapped.
