The new arrangement will be operational from July 1.
Among their bestsellers are Tom Rath's "StrengthsFinder 2.0", Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad Poor Dad", Deepak Chopra's "The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success", Shakti Gawain's "Creative Visualization", and Kishore Mahbubani's "The New Asian Hemisphere".

Founded in 1985, Penguin India began publishing in October 1987 with six books, and celebrated its 25th year in 2012.
