PIL filed in Delhi HC against Himachal CM

A PIL has been filed in the Delhi High Court seeking a court-supervised CBI probe against Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh for alleged corruption and amassing of disproportionate assets.
The PIL, filed by NGO Common Cause before the bench of Chief Justice N Ramana and Justice Manmohan, seeks a direction to CBI and the DG Income Tax (Investigations) to initiate an investigation under the supervision of the court and/or the CVC, against Singh.
It will come up for hearing on November 27.
