Pitobash, best known for his roles in "Shor In The City" and "Shanghai", says he is proud to follow in the foot steps of Irrfan, who has been part of Hollywood ventures like "A Mighty Heart", "Slumdog Millionaire", "The Amazing Spider-Man", "Life of Pi" among others.
"So proud to follow in the foot steps of Irrfan sir to Hollywood. This film (Million Dollar Arm) of me dedicated to you sir," Pitobash posted on Twitter.
"Million Dollar Arm" is an upcoming biographical sports drama film based on the true story of baseball pitchers Rinku Singh and Dinesh Patel who were discovered by sports agent JB Bernstein after winning a reality show competition of the same name.
Directed by Craig Gillespie and produced by Joe Roth, Mark Ciardi, and Gordon Gray for Walt Disney Pictures, the film will be released in theatres on May 16, 2014.
