Plea to fill 1800 vacancies in Treasury departments

Tamil Nadu Treasuries and Accounts Services Officers Association today urged the state government to fill the 1800 vacancies in the departments.
The State-level meeting of the Association held here also resolved to request the Director of Treasuries to promote Additional Treasury officers and Treasury officers and issue a Government order in this regard.
The sub-treasuries in the district headquarters should be upgraded as Additional Treasury office.The post of Assistant Pay and Accounts officers should be converted into Additional Treasury office grade,and all the vacancies should be filled up, a release said.
The state president of the association K.Dhanasekharan presided.
