: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan today urged the Centre to immediately rollback the recent hike in price of domestic LPG cylinders.
Since October 2016, price of LPG cylinders has been raised six times. There has been a 60 per cent hike during this period, Vijayan said in a statement here.
Recently, the cylinder price was raised by Rs 86 at one go, he said, adding this would cause immense hardships to the common people.
Hence, the government should be prepared to immediately withdraw the hike, the Chief Minister said.
