The mercury settled at 31.0 degrees Celsius while the minimum touched 18.5 degrees, one notch above normal, MeT department said.

Met officials have predicted mainly a clear sky with the formation of mist and shallow fog in the morning tomorrow.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 31 and 18 degree Celsius respectively.
