More than 150 cases were filed against various persons including Ramadoss, MDMK leader Vaiko and Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi leader Thirumavalavan, for violating prohibitory orders.
An arrest warrant was issued against Ramadoss, already lodged in the Tiruchirapalli prison in connection with the April 25 violence at Marakkanam in Villupuram district.
Judicial magistrate Ruskin Raj granted bail to the PMK leader.
Ramadoss and other PMK workers were arrested on April 30 in Villupuram for violating prohibitory orders. Besides, other cases have also been registered against him.
