"I have already suggested that the state's MPs from both the houses should tender their resignations protesting the delay in constituting the Board," he told reporters at the airport here.
"All the MPs and MLAs should submit their resignations, to create a constitutional crisis," Anbumani added.
Accusing the BJP-led central government of deliberately delaying constituting the board, eyeing the coming Assembly polls in Karnataka, he said the PMK would announce massive agitations from March 30, if it failed to constitute the board by March 29.
