The accused, Avadhbihari Sharma, who hails from Deoria district in Uttar Pradesh has been arrested by the police Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the PMT scam, SIT Indore head and ASP Devendra Patidar said.
Sharma has been working with a private veterinary health care products company, he said.
The ASP said that Sharma took Rs 1.20 lakh from Amar Singh Meda and helped him crack PMT in 2009 fraudulently.
Meda got admitted to a medical college for the MBBS course, he said, adding that Sharma is being grilled.
