Police busts racket involved in forging land documents, 6 held

Amethi police today busted a racket allegedly involved in preparing fake documents and papers for buying and selling of land and arrested six persons from a hotel here in this connection.
The accused have been identified as Raju, Shakti and Vikas of Allahabad and Ikbal, Kaju and Manoj from Sultanpur, who ran the racket to prepare fake documents and cheated people, SHO of Amethi, Mohammad Hamid said.
Acting on a complaint of Rajendra Singh of Tikari village, the racket was busted and all the accused persons have been sent to jail, he said.
