The charge sheet against 19 Congress student wing Chhatra Parishad members and two Trinamool Congress members was submitted to the chief judicial magistrate's court late in the evening.
Krishna Pada Jana, a third year student, was beaten to death inside Sajanikanta College during a clash over the visit of a West Bengal minister on August 7.
Eighteen Chhatra Parishad members named in the charge sheet have already been booked under non-bailable sections, including Section 302 (murder) of IPC. The lone CP member charged under bailable section gave a deposition before the magistrate under Section 164 yesterday.
