Principal District and Sessions Judge Mohammad Shafi Khan jailed Raghubhir Singh for life after finding him guilty of killing SHO, Maisuma, Ghulam Nabi Parray and a driver of State Road Transport Corporation.
Singh, who was posted in Armed Police of the state, opened indiscriminate firing following an altercation with his seniors, resulting in death of Parray and driver Bashir Ahmad.
A Deputy Superintendent of Police was among several others injured in the firing that took place on July 21, 2005 as 'Charri Mubarak' was being taken out from Dashnami Akhada building for the Amarnath pilgrimage.
