Daniel Mejia, the head of security for Bogota, says the first explosion took place outside the office of a health care insurer yesterday.
Shortly after that, another blast occurred closer to downtown in an area where Mejia says several health care providers also have offices.
He says there have been no reports of injuries and nobody has claimed responsibility.
