Policeman caught taking bribe

A Sub-Inspector of Cyberabad Police Commissionerate here was today trapped by Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) while allegedly taking bribe, police said.
G Ramulu, attached to Medchal police station, was caught by the ACB officials while accepting the bribe amount of Rs 8,000 from a complainant to release his vehicle, involved in a road accident in June this year, an ACB release said.
The bribe amount was recovered from the SI, it added.
