The battle for the championship gets intriguing as the top drivers will fight for every point that would decide their fate in this season.
After having completed their fitness camp earlier this year, most of the Cup drivers had got the opportunity to drive around this circuit during the pre-season test in May.
Along with the Polo R Cup action, a support race of Volkswagen Polo R Cup (2010 and 2011) TDI race cars (2010 and 2011) and Volkswagen Vento race cars will be conducted over the weekend.
This race will include 16 automotive media houses participating in a novel format of race to experience various elements of a racing weekend that the Cup drivers go through.
Round 3 and 4 of Polo R Cup 2013 will be held at BIC with three races in each round, making it a minimum of 10 races for the year.
