Pondicherry University gets new Registrar

BR Babu, an IAS officer of the AGMU (Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram and other Union Territories) cadre has been appointed as the new Registrar of Pondicherry University.
Babu assumed charge yesterday, a release from Assistant Registrar of the University, K Mahesh said today.
Babu had previously served as the Health Secretary for the Puducherry government and was shifted to the post of Registrar of the University.
