Pondicherry University gets new VC

Professor Gurmeet Singh of the Department of Chemistry in Delhi University has been posted the new Vice Chancellor of Pondicherry University.
A communication in this regard was received to the University today from the Department of Higher Education in the Union HRD Ministry, a release from the university said.
Singh is the seventh Vice Chancellor of the University which was set up in 1985.
