AICC General Secretary and former Union Minister V Narayanasamy said in a release today that failure to plan properly has hit welfare schemes and benefits did not reach the targetted sections.
"The government is mired in deep financial crisis," he said.
Government should review the situation and take appropriate action to redeem it from the "present financial crisis.
