Pondy Lt Guv, CM exchange greetings on holi

Puducherry Lt Governor Kiran Bedi and Chief Minister V Narayanasamy today exchanged greetings on the occasion of holi festival here.
Both took part in the holi celebrations organised by the Police department here and extended greetings to each other.
In his message, Narayanasamy said the festival of colours marked the onset of spring season.
Puducherry being a multi cultural and multi-lingual union territory, the festival was celebrated with traditional zeal and fervour, he said.
In her twitter handle, Bedi said, "Play holi not at the cost of water, every drop is precious."
"Play holi. with colour flowers," she said.
The Congress government in Puducherry and Bedi have been at loggerheads over several issues including medical admissions, civic problems and induction of three nominated MLAs, ever since she assumed office in 2016.
