Prabhu, Pandole enter pre quarters

Top seed Navaneeth Prabhu of Tamil Nadu and second seed Jeh Pandole of Maharashtra sailed into the boys' under 13 pre-quarter-finals in the 2-Star Matunga Gymkhana All India Junior Open Squash Tournament today.
India's top junior eased into the last 16 with an easy 11-5, 11-1, 11-4 win over unseeded Rajveer Veera of Maharashtra.
Pandole ousted state rival Yash Motwani in straight games in another second round game.
Joining them in the pre quarters were his TN's Kanhav Nanavati and Nikhil Jaso, Druv Vazirani, Arman Darukhanawalla, Tanay Punjabi - all from Maharashtra - Athrv Yadav of Delhi and Yash Salunkhe of Goa.
In the boys' under-11, second seed Parthiv Yagnesh of Tamil Nadu opened his campaign with a 11-5, 11-3, 11-4 win over Aimaan Zakaria of Maharashtra to enter the last 16.
