His production house, titled Prabhu Deva Studios, is likely to announce its first set of films on August 3.
"Prabhu Deva Studios have a determined vision of producing high quality content oriented cinema," Prabhudheva, maker of a number of hit Hindi and Tamil movies, was quoted as saying in a statement.
The production house has a team of highly qualified professionals with wide experience.
"We would be working towards getting the new, bright and young minds to limelight in all possible ways.
